The Coleridge Adult Training Program serves adults with developmental disabilities, ages 21 and older.  Adults with behavioral challenges that are secondary to the developmental disability are also eligible for services.  The program trains adults with developmental disabilities to learn how to make decisions, develop their skills, and move towards greater independence.  The program emphasizes fostering independence, enhancing self-esteem, and helping participants to view themselves as contributing members in the community. The program’s service area is bordered by Diversey Avenue to north, 67th Street to the south, and Cicero Avenue to the west.

The Coleridge Adult Training Program is accredited by the Illinois Department of Human Services and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

To learn more about the Coleridge Adult Training Program, please fill out and submit our intake application.
