The Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) program of Esperanza Community Services seeks to offer residential services in a safe environment that reflects the choices of the people who live in the CILA’s.   The program provides residents with training toward independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency, and community integration.  Residents receive assistance in maintaining contact with their families and friends and in meeting their personal goals as they move toward an increasingly independent life style.
