The Client and Family Support Program (CFSP) serves individuals of all ages with all levels with developmental disabilities who live at home in the Chicago area.  The purpose of CFSP is to assist people with developmental disabilities to live in the community with family members and to find and connect participants with resources and trainings.  The ultimate goal is to help families increase self-sufficiency to the point where the necessity of intervention is lessened or not needed.
